The Planet Indicator, operated by The Planet Deals LLC, provides digital trading indicators for NinjaTrader 8 and free browser-based trading tools. All indicators are delivered as digital products and require a valid license key for activation.

3. License Terms

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the indicator on the number of machines corresponding to the license quantity you selected at checkout. Each license key is tied to a specific machine ID.

• Licenses are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the indicator source code.
• Lifetime access is provided for the purchased version of the indicator.
• License keys that are found to be shared or misused may be revoked without refund.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method. You will receive a confirmation email with your license key(s) after successful payment.

5. Digital Product Disclaimer

Our indicators are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or the license has been activated. Please review our Refund Policy for details on eligible refund requests.

6. Trading Disclaimer

Our indicators and tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, trading signals, or recommendations.
