1. Digital Product Policy
All indicators sold by The Planet Indicator are digital products delivered electronically via license key. Because of the nature of digital goods, we have specific conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided:
- The indicator license has not been activated on any machine.
- The indicator files have not been downloaded or installed.
If both conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The license key has been activated on one or more machines.
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- The request is due to a change of mind after the product has been used.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to contact@theplanetindicator.com with the following information:
- Your order confirmation email or Stripe payment ID.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with an indicator after activation, please contact us before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving any technical problems and will work with you to ensure the product functions as intended.
6. Free Tools
Our free browser-based trading tools are provided at no cost and are not subject to any refund policy.
